The design is based on our standard                   Plan but the client's brief was to build a 7-Star energy efficient home with a modern feel & open living. To achieve our client's needs we took their concept plans and developed them into a form that they were happy with and incorporated some energy smart design to provide the desired result.

Our style of building lends itself perfectly to this type of housing and the end result in this case was just what the client wished for. We often receive emails from the clients telling us how happy they are with their home and how little energy it requires for heating and cooling.
